Virtual Mindfullness Meditation

Hello Everyone,

In these trying times of self-isolation, beginning Saturday morning, March 21, I have decided to offer a virtual gathering of the ASF Sangha to allow us to continue to remain in social contact; to meditate together while maintaining physical distancing. I’ve included a link here, https://zoom.us/j/646777873html,to get you into the group through Zoom.

This may very well become a permanent part our collaborative meditation experience after we are once again able to safely be in each other’s physical presence. The gathering time will remain the same, every Saturday morning, 8:30AM – 9:30AM.

Hitohira Saito

Hitohira Saito Sensei, began his Aikido education at the tender age of seven under the direct tutelage of the Founder, Morihei Ueshiba. He continued this training under O'Sensei until the master's demise in 1969, at which time he automatically continued his learning under O'Sensei's chief disciple, his own father, Morihiro Saito, 9th dan.

Testimonials

Being someone who has a hand in training new law enforcement officers, I find Aikido to be a perfect fit. I would recommend it to anyone of my colleagues. The focus on body movement, balance displacement and joint manipulation are all aspects of defensive tactics for law enforcement officers.
