Products are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the Internet.

Shipping

Orders are shipped UPS Ground within the continental US unless stated otherwise. A minimum shipping and handling charge of $7.95 will be applied to every order. International shipping will be calculated according to the weight and size of your order. Average shipping time is 8-12 working days - depending upon which state we are shipping to.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.

Secure Ordering

Our Order Form portion of the site is absolutely secure through our PayPal® network. All the sensitive information you enter into the Order Form is encrypted when it is transmitted to our account. It is as safe as giving it to us over the phone.

Back Orders

Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise. All items are subject to availability and prior sale.

Returns & Refunds

No unauthorized returns. Contact us at service@aikidosouthflorida.com for a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without RA# written boldly on outside of box will be refused! DVDs are non-returnable. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Original cost of item at time of purchase will be refunded. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the purchaser.
